Prices Week/Day: € 225 a week / € 35 a day

High season: July 1 - August 31 and December 15 - January 13
Low season: January 14 - June 30 and September 1 - December 14

The rent is excluding energy costs. The price of energy, at normal usage is € 1.50 per day per person This is subtracted from the deposit.

It is also possible to rent the house for a longer period:

1 month: € 840, deposit  € 400
6 months: € 4,400, deposit  € 500
12 months: € 8,000, deposit  € 600
These prices are exclusive breakfast service, operation and electricity costs!
